S.A.A.

S.A.A. is a student at Seton Hall University School of Law, Class of 2012. Receiving awards for the Best Memorandum, Appellate Brief, and Oral Argument in her class section, S.A.A. hopes to pursue a career in public interest. Prior to law school, she was a 2009 magna cum laude graduate of Hofstra University’s Honors College where she majored in Political Science. S.A.A.’s experience include legal research and writing for a Professor of Law and most recently, the Chief Judge of a municipal court.


Eric Abes

Eric Abes, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2012), focuses his studies in the area of litigation. He is a coordinator for the Courtroom Advocates Project, supervising the Seton Hall branch of the program assisting victims of Domestic Violence in New York City to obtain Orders of Protection. Prior to law school, he served for five years with the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army, deploying twice to Afghanistan and once to Iraq.


Danielle Alvarez

Danielle Y. Alvarez received a B.A. from New York University. She is presently a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2011). Danielle serves as an Editor on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal as well as co-President of the Latin American Law Students Association. She is a law clerk at Lite, DePalma, Greenberg, LLC in Newark, New Jersey. After graduation, Danielle will join the firm as an Associate Attorney.


Priya Amin

Priya Amin, currently a senior at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, is working towards an undergraduate degree in political science and economics. Following graduation, she plans on attending law school. Priya has a keen interest in modern-day social media.

Tameeka J. Bailey

Tameeka, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (2014), focuses her studies on Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. She has interned at Marc Anthony Productions and was an investigative intern at the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s office. Prior to law school, Tameeka received her B.B.A. in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University.


Gina M. Barbieri

Gina received her B.A. in International Relations with a Certificate in International Studies from Ursinus College. She will receive her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in December 2011.

Stephen Bauer

Stephen Bauer, a Seton Hall University School of law student (Class of 2013) focuses his studies in the area of Corporate Finance. Stephen graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with a B.A. in Government. While at Georgetown, Stephen was an All-American lacrosse player and Co-founded Hoya Dreams, the University’s scholar-athlete community service program.

Brian Biglin

Brian Biglin is a third-year student at Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He previously studied economics at the University of Michigan.


George Blazeski

George, a student at Seton Hall University School of Law (Class of 2014), pursues both the Health and Intellectual Property Concentrations and is especially interested in patent law. He received both a B.E. and M.E. at Stevens Institute of Technology in Biomedical and Systems Engineering, respectively. Presently, George works as a law clerk at Stone Law in Colts Neck, NJ, where he assists in the drafting of litigation documents and Office Actions with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ken received his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He will receive his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. After graduation, he will clerk for a Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division judge.


Chris Borchert

Chris will receive his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2014. After graduation, Chris will join Connell Foley LLP in New Jersey. In 2016, he will serve as a judicial law clerk to a United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Chris earned a B.A. in Political Communication from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs and wrote his thesis on the role of social media in American political discourse.

Tim has since graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (2009), where he served as Symposium and Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. Catherine Kiernan

Catherine graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2010 with a B.A. in political science.  She will receive her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2014.  This year she will participate in the competitive Hunter Moot Court.  This past summer she interned with a magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey where she contributed to a bench trial opinion, among other notable experiences.  Catherine also has past experience working for a New Jersey state trial court judge, the United Nations, and as a research assistant for a prominent professor at Rutgers University’s prestigious Eagleton Institute of Politics.

Corinne B. Maloney

Corinne, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2013), focuses her studies in the areas of family law and estate/probate law.  During her time at Seton Hall Law School, she has done pro bono work with the Courtroom Advocates Project and the Family Law Clinic, representing clients in Court in a range of family law cases.  Corinne will be the Law Clerk for a Judge of the Superior Court, Family Division, Bergen County for the 2013-2014 term.  Prior to law school, Corinne graduated summa cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy.  Since 2004, Corinne has been employed by the law firm of Fraioli & Moore, Esqs., assisting the attorneys in primarily estate planning and litigation matters.

Christopher Mendenhall, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2013), focuses his studies in the areas of tax and intellectual property law. In addition to serving as an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Christopher interns at Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice in the Equal Justice Clinic. Thomas Moran is a third year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law (Class of 2013).  He is an associate editor of the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.  He graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science, and worked in financial services prior to coming to law school.

Amanda Munsie

Amanda Munsie, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2013), where she serves as a Notes Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  Prior to law school, she graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Journalism and Government and Politics.  After graduation, she will be clerking in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Courtney O’Brien is a student at Seton Hall University School of Law, Class of 2013, where she serves as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.  Prior to law school, she was a 2010 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in sociology.  Presently, Courtney serves as the Seton Hall Legal Intern Chair in the Appellate Division of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. 


Austin D. O’Malley

Austin D. O’Malley, a current Seton Hall Law student, will receive his J.D. in May 2012 and hopes to pursue a law career involving real estate/land use, estate management, and/or civil litigation. He received his B.A. from University of Maryland, College Park, in 2009. Throughout his time at Seton Hall, Austin interned for the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan, J.S.C. at the New Jersey Superior Court for Hudson County and is currently a Law Clerk at Hanlon Niemann, P.C. in Freehold, New Jersey. He grew up at the Jersey Shore, graduating from Red Bank Catholic in 2005.

Michael Paragano

Michael received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Rutgers University in 2008. He will receive his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2011. At Seton Hall, he serves as a proud member of the Mock Trial team. Michael is an avid New York Giants, Knicks, Rangers and Yankees fan. He intends to work in litigation after graduation.

Scott has since graduated from Seton Hall Law School with an interest in Tax Law. After graduation, Scott will be working for a New Jersey Superior Court Criminal Judge.

Fernando is the founder of eLessons Learned, a Partner at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus and eDiscovery Law Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.

M.J.R. received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire at Durham. He will receive his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011. Currently, he is clerking for a medical malpractice defense firm.


Mary-Jane Rabeony

Mary-Jane Rabeony, a sophomore at Rutgers University, is perusing communications and political science majors with a minor in sociology. After graduation, Mary-Jane intends to go to law school.


Jessica K. Rauskolb

Jessica, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2012), focuses her studies in the area of Civil Litigation. She plans to focus on Products Liability Law in the automobile industry. Prior to entering Seton Hall law, she earned her law degree at Georg-August-University Goettingen, Germany and was admitted to the German bar in December 2007.

Julie Rich

Julie, a Seton Hall University School of Law student, serves as President of the Family Law Society and was a Student Attorney for the Center for Social Justice’s Family Law Clinic, in 2014. Prior to law school, she was a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned a B.A. in History and a minor in Religion and Society. After law school, Julie hopes to serve as a law clerk to a judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.


Jeffrey Richter

Jeffrey, a Seton Hall University School of Law Student (Class of 2014), focuses his studies primarily in the area of civil practice but has also completed significant coursework concerning the interplay between technology and the legal profession. He was a cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut in 2011, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management. Katlyn Ryan

Katlyn is currently a student at Seton Hall University School of Law and will be graduating in May 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Gettysburg College.  Prior to law school, Katlyn was a paralegal for a firm that focuses on labor law, security clearances, and other employment law related issues.

Patrick J. Ryan has since graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. He has focused much of his training and legal education on bankruptcy and state law insolvency proceedings.


Phil Ryan

Phil Ryan received his B.A. in Speech Communications from Whitworth University in 2006. He will receive is J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2011. While at Seton Hall, Phil has served in a variety of capacities, including as Associate and Senior Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, as a member of the Law School Admissions Committee and Disadvantaged Applicant Screening Committee, and as Program Assistant for the Seton Hall Law Cairo Summer Program.

Salim Sabbagh

Salim received his B.A. in Applied Communications, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Monmouth University. He receives his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. Salim’s past experiences include interning for a personal injury law firm prior to attending law school, as well as judicial internships in the Civil and Family Divisions. Currently, Salim is taking part in the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall Law.


Shaun Salmon

Shaun is a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2011). She focuses her studies in the area of Entertainment Law and will be graduating with an Entertainment Law certification. She is President of both SALDF and the Rodino Society and Secretary of the Dance Club. She currently interns for Warner Brothers Records and is a research assistant for Professor Maldonado (Torts, Family Law). She majored in American Studies with a focus in Government and Politics and American Literature at the University of Maryland, College Park.


Kaitlin Schalago

Kaitlin, a senior at Morris Catholic High School, intends to pursue her interest in science and technology in college.


Rocco Seminerio

Rocco, a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2014), focuses his studies in the area of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Health Law. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 2011 with a degree in Philosophy. Mr. Seminerio also has an interest in the life sciences.


Akiva Shepard

Akiva receives his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014. Akiva worked for a New York State Supreme Court Judge in Kings County, and for a New Jersey real estate firm.


Sonia Smart

Sonia is a Legal Assistant with a global professional services firm that provides advice and solutions in risk, strategy, and human capital. With over 50,000 employees in more than 100 countries, this firm helps clients identify, plan for, and respond to critical business issues and risks. Her primary responsibilities include handling all subpoenas served on the firm and its many subsidiaries.


John Stoelker

John is a second-year student at Seton Hall University School of Law and a graduate of The Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.


Brock Stonewall

Brock Stonewall is a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2012).


Disco Stu

Disco Stu will receive a J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 2012. It will occupy the special place on Stu’s office wall where he will cast tear filled eyes every month as he sends off another crippling school loan payment.


Kathy Trawinski

Kathy Trawinski is a Seton Hall University School of Law student (Class of 2012) who focuses her studies in the area of commercial litigation. She is an Associate Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. She will begin as a first year associate at Day Pitney LLP in the fall of 2012. Prior to law school, she was a 2009 graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned a BA in English.


Michael Tucker

Michael Tucker Jr. received his B.A. in Political Science from The College of New Jersey. He will receive his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2011. After graduation, Michael will be clerking for a trial judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey.


Laura J. Tyson

Laura received her B.A. in Music Engineering, with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Photography, from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. She will receive her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. By day, Laura handles eDiscovery issues for a boutique litigation firm in New Jersey, while at night she completes her J.D.

Alexandria Weininger

Alex Weininger received her B.A. from Penn State University. She will receive her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. Prior to law school, Alex worked as a television news producer at CNN, as well as a number of other media outlets. After graduating, she will clerk for a Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part.  


Jennifer Whritenour

Jennifer received her B.S. in Political Science and History in 2011 from the University of Scranton. She is a student at Seton Hall University School of Law and receives her J.D. in May 2014.


Lauren Winchester

Lauren Winchester is a student at Seton Hall University School of Law (Class of 2012), where she serves as an articles editor for the Law Review and a research fellow for the Center for Policy and Research. Lauren received a B.S. in Political Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009. After graduating from Seton Hall Law, Lauren will work as an associate at Fox Rothschild LLP.


Michael Zoller

Michael Zoller received his B.A. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. He is currently a third-year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law. He has completed a concentration in Intellectual Property-Entertainment Law and will be receiving is J.D. in May’11.
